In the latest released version of the mod all fighters had different powered lasers, now they all do the same damage. Close down your web browser when you're experiencing delay Flash based web Video programs/web sites seem to slow down the Connection considerably, even if you're having more than enough bandwith to maintain both watching a stream and playing a game. This is also the case for multiplayer games (except for those where one Opponent has Performance Problems). As soon as I removed that Feature from the Generals Folder the game ran smooth. The game seems to have Problems with the Windows index function for fast searching Folders, especially under Windows XP and Win 7. Yet, when we played it on LAN we still had massive Performance Problems. I knew this because when I disabled it everything was fine. It worked for a few days then it went down again, and I saw that it was HotSpot Shield and not Webroot that was the problem. I am not sure how he came to the conclusion that it was Webroot, but once it began to work we thought the problem was solved. At first it did not take it but the second time it did. He had gone into Thunderbird and took out my user name and password, and had me enter my password when he wanted to put it back in. I contacted Earthlink my provider by way of the telephone and the tech guy accessed my computer remotely and he thought it was my virus protection which is WebRoot. It was all working fine until a couple of weeks ago I couldn't send or receive by way of Thunderbird, and my Mailwasher wasn't checking either. Here is my situation, I have HotSpot Shield installed on my computers which I bought almost 2 months ago. I realize this may not be the place to find a solution, but I thought I would give it a try. ![]() |
